We understand that sometimes, things don’t go according to plan. If you want to know what your options are around returns, you are in the right place
BLEND operates on a pre-order model, this means that every item is produced specifically for the shopper. You have full control over the order you make, including the size of the product and any other attributes the sellers offer for you to choose from.
As such, because the product is produced specifically on your demand, it cannot be returned. However, there are two conditions where the item can be refunded.
- In case an item is delivered damaged. A damage may constitute a whole, incorrect sewing or discoloration. If the product is damaged and doesn’t correspond to its description.
- In case you have received the wrong product, other than which order you have placed.
- In case the product is incorrect size.
