Offbeat Sweet began in 2018 when artist Marissa Crider started teaching herself how to sew by making bags. Marissa has combined her background of painting and sculpture into a line of whimsical accessories. Using nostalgic material, playful shapes, and bold colors, Offbeat Sweet hopes to live somewhere between contemporary design and fairytale. All bags are handmade by Marissa in Queens, NY.
